Do I (the homeowner) need to call to get the utilities marked before the job.
No, Promise Landscape will call MISS utilities before the start of your job. They will only mark public utilities.
What do I need to do to get ready for the start of my Job?
- Mark any private utilities that Miss Utilities does not do. This may include, but is not limited to, irrigation systems, underground dog fences, and landscape lighting.
- Please have the driveway free of vehicles
- If you have a dog….Please scoop the poop prior to the crews arrival.
- If you live in a gated community, please let them know of our arrival.
What is the white powdery stuff on my patio, will it come off?
The white is efflorescence is a cause by a chemical change that concrete products go through as they dry over time. They leak out a white chalky substance. This can be removed with chemical cleaners, but will disappear on it own over time.
Do you take credit card?
No, at this time we do not accept credit cards.
Is there a fee for the initial consultation?
There is no fee for the first visit. However, to have a design drawn there is a fee involved which your designer will discuss with you.
What is your warranty?
Trees and shrubs are warranted for one year. Hardscapes come with a two-year warranty.
Do you do any lawn service?
No, we do not do any sort of lawn care.
